1301 Strap 1150x18

Ordered a replacement strap to replace the original in August of 2018. (Original lasted over two years).
Replacement lasted less than 16 months and the price went up from $15 to $20!
Very disappointed. When this strap fails it will be time for a new elliptical and it more than likely will not be Paradigm.

The strap itself is perfect. I did not like that when I contacted customer service thinking I was messaging a person I received an automated reply with my options. I just wanted to make sure the strap was the right one for my elliptical which I could not find in the manual any description matching the one on this site. Maybe I missed it but that was unnecessarily frustrating. Again great product though.

Strap lasted 3 years. Replacement was reasonably priced and easy to order.
