We at Paradigm Health and Wellness (PHW) want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Any item (excluding parts) purchased from paradigmhw.com unless otherwise noted on the product description, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To return a product - contact our Customer Support email at service@paradigmhw.com between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST (Monday-Friday) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). PHW must receive the returned product within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA with the RMA clearly visible on the packaging. Items returned without valid RMA or beyond 15 days of the RMA issuance will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Products returned must be undamaged, complete with all original accessories, and in its original condition and packaging.
As the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping, it is highly recommended that return shipping be insured and sent via a reliable carrier with tracking service. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the return product to PHW timely and undamaged.
Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
Upon receipt of the undamaged, complete with all original accessories, and in its original condition and packaging returned product, PHW will refund the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. For cases where the product arrives damaged, wrong or duplicate item, or the product becomes unusable within the return period, PHW will assume the return shipping and void the 15% restocking fee.
For products returned incomplete, altered, damaged, or missing parts- PHW reserves the right and discretion either to decline the refund after receipt or charge a fee of the missing parts and/or damage.
This return policy only applies to products purchased directly on paradigmhw.com. If you have purchased one of our products from another retailer or distributor, you must refer to the return policy of the retailer or distributors from which you made the purchase.
