In stock items are generally shipped within 24-48 hours on business day. Unusual large quantity orders, special requirements, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may delay shipment, but we will ship out your orders as soon as possible. Paradigm ships Monday through Friday, except on state or federal holidays. Orders made on weekends and holidays will usually ship on the following business day. Paradigm ships via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Items are shipped from our warehouse in California. Transit time and actual delivery date will depend on your location. On items marked with promotional free shipping, the same standard FedEx shipping method applies, except for products indicated as Large Item Delivery.
Products designed as Large Item Delivery (LID), such as treadmill, sauna, and playground, are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of order via Paradigm’s independently contracted freight carriers. Transit time depends on your location but is generally between 5 to 7 business days after shipment. LID items are for curbside delivery only. The carrier will deliver the product to your front yard or driveway, but will not unpack or assemble the item for you. LID delivery hours are generally between 8 am to 5 pm local time. The LID carrier will contact you at the telephone number you provided to arrange a delivery time.
Paradigm ships to anywhere in the Unites States, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box (Post Office Box), A.P.O. (Army & Air Force Post Office), or F.P.O. (Field Post Office).
