Package arrived with damaged control panel!

The right side of the control panel seems to have come apart during shipping! After attempting to screw it back together with no success, I took a glimpse at the inside of the panel through the opening. And it appears that the plastic pillars that the screws go into have been damaged from the inside! Called customer service! No one available!

larger than expected and not easy to assemble

I've had the product for a week, and it's functioning well and meeting expectations. We didn't, though, get off to a good start. It's much larger than I expected (I now realize the dimensions exclude the frame). It took three hours to assemble, and we are a pretty handy household. We assembled it in place, and will never be able to get it out of the room it's in without disassembling it. Also, some of the parts were bent and didn't align well for assembly.

Does not work

We assembled according to instructions, and we get a fault code when we turn it on. The Paradigm Fitness says they are not providing phone support and we must send an email. Our email received an automated response with no assistance.

TF1000 Treadmill

So far we’re very happy. It arrived on time. There were no parts missing. It took 2 hours to assemble. The instructions were a little difficult to follow. Everything works well. It seems like a good quality product at a good price. Hopefully we won’t run into problems after normal use for a while.

We received this product and it was damaged in transportation. It is missing a key to turn it on, and hardware. The instructions are so complicated we cannot even figure out all the hardware missing. We are requesting a new one, or a refund. The review will be one star until that occurs.

Great walker, easy to put together, arrived early.

This walker is very quiet, and works well. Tried to get in touch with Paradigm, both by phone and e-mail. No access to the company for any questions.

TF1000 Exerpeutic Treadmill

Don't buy from this place! Sent a Treadmill with almost all the bottom parts missing. Parts that should have been already attached prior to it being sent! Now they expect me to look at a parts list and guess all the parts missing on it.
